This hotel is a gem! The rustic and cozy environment is perfect for a relaxing retreat. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and we loved the French windows that opened onto the outside terrace. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, not just melon or cantaloupe. The hotel's location close to the vineyards is perfect for wine enthusiasts.
All was fantastic, we couldn't fault anything.

The location was convenient, only a few minutes outside of the main city center of Colchagua Valley. Another positive aspect was the efficient and friendly staff, as well as the beautiful views from the back porch. the room itself was impressive, with a little loft section that added a nice touch.
The hotel felt outdated and run-down, as if it hadn't been properly renovated in years. the prices listed for the items in the mini fridge were exorbitant, but what was worse was the deceptive gift policy.

Despite some inconveniences, my new year stay was delightful. The breathtaking views of the towering mountains from my balcony and the stunning gardens were definitely highlights of my trip. the location proved to be convenient for exploring local wineries and attractions. I appreciated the delicious complimentary breakfast each morning, which provided just the right start to the day.
Some aspects of the stay could be improved. The noise from nearby traffic during the day was noticeable, but the hotel management is working to reduce it.
